Description
6SL3130-7TE31-2AA3 is a Booksize Active Line Module for Siemens SINAMICS S120 drive system. It converts three-phase AC input into regulated DC link voltage and supports regenerative power feedback back to the grid. This 120kW infeed unit works together with S120 power modules to build multi-axis servo drive systems for machine tools, printing presses and high dynamic automation equipment. Drive-CLiQ interface enables fast digital communication between infeed and power modules.

FAQ
Q: What is the difference between Active Line Module (ALM) and Smart Line Module (SLM)? A: ALM can regulate DC voltage and return regenerative energy to grid with unity power factor. SLM is unregulated DC link, lower cost and limited regenerative capability.
Q: Can multiple 6SL3130-7TE31-2AA3 modules be paralleled? A: Yes, matched ALM units can be connected in parallel to increase total infeed power for large multi-axis drive systems, following Siemens parallel wiring guidelines.
